Volumetric Weight Calculator. Know what you're really paying for.
Carriers charge for whichever is greater: what your parcel weighs, or how much space it takes up. Enter the dimensions and actual weight, pick a carrier, and see its volumetric weight, the billable weight you'll actually be invoiced for, and how much of that is empty box.

Paying for air on every shipment?
Packaging and carrier mix are the two levers that move this number. Talk to us about fixing both, we'll look at your parcel profile and tell you where the money is going.
Figures are estimates based on each carrier's published volumetric formula. Your actual invoice depends on your contract, service level, surcharges and how the carrier measures the parcel, so confirm with your carrier or 3PL before pricing anything on these numbers.
